Free Trials of GDPR Software and Licensing

Impact Technology UK Ltd T/A GDPR Software (“Us/we/our”) offers products available on our website via a monthly subscription service, with a try-before-you-buy option.  We provide free trials to let you fully evaluate our software platform before you make a purchasing decision.

If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared, you will be granted a licence and this licence will be active providing monthly subscription fees are paid in full. 

Free trial accounts will cease to allow you access after 14 days.  After which point you have no obligation to buy, there will be no automatic enrolment into a paid for service, but you will have the option to upgrade to a paid for service and retain any data you input during your trial should you wish to.

Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription service at any time under the menu option 'GDPR Home' > 'Options' > 'Settings' and select the 'Cancel This Licence' button, after which access to your account will be ceased, and you will be billed no further. You have 14 days to purchase a new licence otherwise your account and all data will be permanently erased.

The cancellation of a monthly subscription is not eligible for a refund.  Please note that your cancellation request should be made a couple of days before your monthly renewal billing date for the cancellation to be processed, and to avoid automatic monthly renewal charges.

GDPR Support is provided on demand and purchased in hourly blocks. GDPR Support fees can be cancelled and refunded -5% admin charge providing no support has been undertaken.

GDPR Consultancy is provided on demand and quoted for as a project of work.  GDPR Consultancy fees can be cancelled and refunded -5% admin charge providing no consultancy has been undertaken.

Payment Failures

If payment fails for any reason, we will retry for 3 consecutive days using the same payment method, after which access to your account will be ceased, and you will have to buy a new licence.  All of your data will still be available.  If after 14 days no new license has been purchased, your account and all data will be permanently erased.

When Your Licence Ends

If you are not subscribed to the GDPR Software platform you do not own the licence to save, use or circulate any sample data from our platform and we accept no obligations or responsibility to you in respect of unauthorised use of sample data. 

Acceptance of this Payment and Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this cancellation and refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products or services, you indicate that you have read this cancellation and refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this payment and cancellation policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
